I got 64! This is great, I love lists for anything! I need to get going on this one though, my partner is Chinese!
I wonder what Kosher Chinese food is supposed to represent. Fortune cookies is also a bit dubious since they’re not actually from China.
Seems like this list is missing some classic dim sum items (ha gao, siu mai, cheung foon) although chances are most have had them but they are pretty good. I also think Jian Bing is worth a try and you can actually get one in Montreal. Hand pulled noodles is pretty vague but there are some good places in Montreal that offer them.
I have had many, many of them. I would cross off thousand year egg and add Har Chung Fun.
